Mr. Zain Omar is the CEO and has a BSc degree from University of Maryland and became a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland. Mr. Omar’s experiences with Phoenix Wireless Group Inc. of Florida, USA, a startup and pioneer in software switching solutions for the cellular industry, practice as a Certified Public Accountant with Reznick, Fedder & Silverman in Maryland, USA and work with AMEV, Inc, (now Fortis Funds, a mutual fund management company, in Virginia, USA) has been instrumental in leading ALAPCOM through its startup years and through the subsequent acquisitions to position the company for rapid future growth potential today.

Zarre Omar is the CTO and has a BSc degree in Physics from Howard University in Washington DC. ALAPCOM involvement as a Representative of NextNet Wireless Inc. enabled Mr. Omar to gain extensive experience with BWA systems & networks. He was also involved with the installation of the NextNet Wireless trial system for Dishnet DSL in Chennai, India. In addition, Mr. Omar has vast experience in Voice Over IP systems through his involvement with an international voice carrier in providing installation and management support for their voice and billing systems collocated with Teleglobe Canada and Bangladesh Telegraph & Telephone Board. Having vast experiences in both Pre-WiMax BWA, VoIP networks, knowledge of a variety of operating systems and environments, Virtualization, DBMS, LAN, WAN, VPN, IP routing protocols, MPLS, MPLS VPNs, deploying and managing metropolitan IP backbone makes Mr. Omar unique and instrumental in the future growth of the company.

M. Salahuddin Chowdhury is COO and has a BBA and MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, the most prestigious educational institution in Bangladesh. Mr. Chowdhury is the present Organizing Secretary of the IBA Alumni Association and Membership Affairs Secretary of the MBA Club Ltd. which allows him close and regular contact with the top management professionals in the country. Prior to joining ALAPCOM he spent 5 years at TRIBE Computer System as co-founder and Managing Director. Mr. Chowdhury Participated in "The Training Program on Information Technology for Bangladesh [BAIT]" organized by Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS), Yokohama Kenshu Center (YKC), Japan.

Rahat Khan serves as the Head of Sales & Marketing of the Company. Mr. Khan is responsible for the overall revenue of the company alongside ensuring proper visibility of the brand. His major responsibilities include market planning and revenue growth, acquisition and retention of customers, public relations and branding activities, market research and market intelligence activities etc. Prior to joining Access Telecom Mr. Khan spent 3 years in Airtel Bangladesh Limited leading the Business to business sales & service team. Prior to serving Airtel Bangladesh Limited he worked 5 and a half years as Head of Corporate Key Accounts in Grameenphone Ltd responsible for B2B business planning, branding, sales and service for B2B business. Mr. Khan graduated from Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka with Major in Marketing and MIS. Mr. Khan participated in “Conceptual Selling” conducted by Miller Heiman Group, Germany, “Project Management” & “Professional Salesmanship” conducted by Upali Mahanama, former Marketing Director, Unilever Srilanka and various other Sales, Branding & Leadership development trainings in home and abroad.

Mainul Islam serves as the AGM of Systems Administration Department of the Company. Mr. Islam is responsible for overseeing overall core routing and switching, backbone operations and network management, server operations, backup storage, billing, fraud detection & efficient network utilization. Mr. Islam has vast experience in the industry, having worked as Assistant Manager, Systems Administration for BDCom Ltd., where he was involved in maintaining client servers. He received his MA degree in Political Science from Dhaka University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Also, he received Diploma in Computer Science from the Genetic Computer School, Singapore and another Diploma from NIIT, Dhaka. He attended the following training programs, on VSAT Installation & Management at Websatmedia, Singapore, on Advanced BGP Routing workshop by SANOG-5 at Dhaka, on IPV6 workshop by APNIC at Dhaka, on MPLS workshop by SANOG-15 at Dhaka, on Quintum workshop by Quintum, USA at Jakarta, Indonesia

M. Sadrul Alam is Head of Infrastructure and has a BBA and MBA major in Finance and minor in System Analysis & Design from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mr. Alam was also involved in supporting NextNet Wireless and was involved with the installation of the NextNet Wireless trial system for Dishnet DSL in Chennai, India. Prior to joining ALAPCOM, Mr. Alam spent 5 years at TRIBE Computer Systems as co-founder and Director of Production & Support.

Rezaul Karim serves as the AGM of Sales Department of the Company. Mr. Karim's responsibilities include overseeing planning sales activities, scheduling sales calls, develop & maintain relationship with corporate clients, and identifying new markets and strategies. Mr. Karim has been with ALAPCOM since November 2004. Prior to joining ALAPCOM, Mr. Karim spent 3 years in the sales department of VAS Digital Communications Ltd. Mr. Karim did his Masters from Dhaka University and obtained his MBA degree Major in Marketing .

A. S. M. Mohi serves as the AGM of Accounts Department of the Company. Mr. Mohi is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Company's day-to-day accounting and logistics management. He has primary responsibility for all procurement, disbursement, financial record keeping and timely submission of all required legal corporate filings. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mohi served for eight years at Resource International as Accountant. He received his Bachelor degree in Management from Dhaka University in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Md. Monsurul Amin serves as the AGM of MIS Department of the company. Mr. Amin is responsible for overseeing the development and management of all the information systems of the company, database administration and system analysis and design. He has vast experience in the Software and Internet industry, having worked as the Software Manager and Database Administrator of Proshika Computer Systems over three years. He also worked as programmer in several different companies like Grameen Software Ltd. He received his BSc degree in Physics from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also received his MSc degree from Department of Computer Science, University of Dhaka.
